In principle, the signature should be done by an organization. When you
belong to an organization which cannot be ATP licesed and want to use
ATP for your personal use at home, the signature may be done as an
individual, but at the same time, you are requested to write the reason
why you apply for the personal license. If you have only a personal
license, you cannot use in your organization nor share the ATP
materials and information with the colleagues in your organization.
It comes into effect after the authorization by the user group(Can/Am,
Taiwan, Korean, Indian, or JAUG).
After obtaining the ATP license, the person who signed has a duty to
keep strictly the "AGREEMENT NOT TO DISCLOSE ATP - EMTP MATERIALS". The
person who signed is responsible for making a strict management by
himself or by the authorized manager whom he assigned.
====Insertion from ATP Licensing Terms==
The undersigned certifies that the unique informational content of the
ATP materials will not be disclosed to anyone who is not similarly
authorized to have such information. Explicitly prohibited is
disclosure to an unlicenseable person who has participated in EMTP
commerce.
====End insertion from ATP Licensing Terms==
Because the person who signed the license has the duty described above,
he should be the responsible person in the organization (an appropriate
manager in an enterprise
and a responsible teacher for an University and College). When the
person who singed retires or moves, the successor should sign the
license.
When the license manager is different, the signature in each license
management unit(Business Unit, Faculty, Department, and Laboratory)
should be done even in the same organization(Enterprise, Institute,
University, and College).
When you send the licensing form, access the following site, and click
[Licensing]. Enter the required contents in the form, and send it. At
the same time, print it, make a signature on it, and send it by
snail(postal) mail to one of the user groups. Neither FAX nor an
attached file of E-mail is accepted.
