Distribution

• It is allowed and encouraged to share the latest materials among the ATP-Licensees. So, you are recommended to contact a secretary of your organization or your friends first, if you already have the License. At that time, please use this list to check the status of ATP-License of the person.
• The FD service is available from Can/Am EMTP user group or EEUG. Please refer to the following;

  The ATP mailing list service(Fargo mailing list) operated by Prof. Bruce Mork using the server at the North Dakota University since 1991 is no more supported by the ATP developers because of the problem of Non Disclosure Agreement of ATP license. This service is going to be replaced by EEUG's service with enhanced security. Please refer to Official ATP-EMTP site.

  "For the organizational license, the E-mail address for contacting should be the organizational one, and the address of the general provider domain (such as so-net.ne.jp) cannot be accepted. For the personal license, a free mail address such as hotmail.com, yahoo.com, ... cannot be accepted because they are short of security."

• ATP Pardon claimed by CEPEL of Brazilwas published. CEPEL has engaged in DCG/EMTP project from 1991 to 1996. It was assumed to be EMTP Commerce, and purged from the royalty-free access of ATP-EMTP. At this time, CEPEL announced the public ATP Pardon. The discussion on this matter has just begun on the Fargo List server. Apr. 1, 1999.
• User Instruction Manual for Noda Setup was updated. March 23, 1999.
• Password information will be changed at February 1st. The old password will be valid until February 13th. After that, only the new password will be accepted. The new password information was sent to the representatives of ATP user group. Please ask the representatives, and never ask us(JAUG). Jan. 28, 1999.
• The information on the latest version of Wdbos.386 of Salford DBOS was updated. Jan. 09, 1999.
• Paul Gruber of ESKOM took up the representative of South Africa ATP User Group to manage the password distribution of JAUG ATP secure sites.
